By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined below.
🛠️ Processing Time (Creation Time)

Processing time varies by product. For most items, please allow 5-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Items needed in less than 5 business days will incur a rush fee of $20–$50, depending on the item(s).

During busy or peak seasons, processing times may range from 4–8 weeks.
- Plate Holder processing time is 3-4 weeks, up to 10 weeks during peak season.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.
🚚 Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping typically takes a week to deliver to Hawaii, two weeks to the mainland US and may take longer to Alaska. Please plan accordingly.

Once a package has been turned over to USPS, responsibility for delivery lies solely with the carrier.

If a package is lost during transit, a lost mail claim will be filed with USPS.

If a package is marked delivered but not received:

Please verify with all members of your household.
-
Contact your local USPS office to request GPS coordinates for the delivery scan.

If the GPS coordinates match your location, a police report for theft must be filed.
-
The police report will be required to proceed with a USPS claim.

Insurance

USPS Priority Mail includes up to $100 insurance.
-
Additional insurance for orders over $100 is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please inform us prior to shipping if additional insurance is required; an invoice will be sent accordingly.
Tariffs

A tariff is imposed on products shipped from the CNMI to the US.
-
This cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for non-custom items and only if damaged during transit.

Photo documentation is required and must include:

Photos of the shipping box and packaging as received (before opening)

Photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable and non-returnable.

If there is an issue with a custom item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we may work with you to find the best possible resolution.
📦 Items Damaged in Transit

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require full photo documentation.

If damage is confirmed with proper photo evidence:

The item may be remade (subject to USPS claim approval), or
-
A store credit may be offered
-

A USPS claim may be filed as part of this process.
✏️ Custom Designs & Design Fees

A design fee of $15–$25 applies depending on the complexity of the design.

The design fee will be waived if a print-ready or cut-ready file is provided.
-
Accepted file formats: PNG, JPEG, SVG, DXF.
-
Print-ready/cut-ready means no editing is required.
-
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure files meet their needs (correct size, dimensions, layout, etc.).

If edits are required, additional fees may apply.

All items are handmade, and no two pieces will be exactly alike.

Minor flaws and variations are inevitable and part of the handmade charm.

These do not affect functionality and add to the unique character of each piece.

Colors shown in digital design drafts may differ slightly from the final product.

Variations may occur due to screen settings, material availability, and production methods.
